Role at Appleton
Mike is responsible for process reengineering and project implementation across multiple business units at Appleton Partners. He also provides oversight support to the Operations and IT departments. Mike is a member of Appleton’s Operations and Technology committees.
Professional Experience
Mike began his career in 2006 at the Investor’s Bank & Trust Company in the Reconciliation and Control Group. After IBT was acquired by State Street Bank, he transitioned into a Quality Assurance role on a project implementation team. Mike earned his Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification in 2015 and his Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan in 2022.

Personal Notes
Mike is active in fundraising initiatives for ALS research and patient support. He also is an advocate for shelter dogs, particularly Pitbull Terriers. In his spare time, Mike is a competitive powerlifter.
