Role at Appleton
Irv joined Appleton in 2023 as Comptroller after 20 years as a consultant with the firm. In his role, he plays a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans, financial modeling, system controls and oversight of the firm’s corporate accounting functions. He is a member of the firm’s Finance Committee and works closely with the President, Chief Operating Officers, and Business Unit Heads.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Appleton, Irv had over 20 years of experience as Director of Finance, Controller and C-Level Systems Consultant. He was also employed as a Certified Public Accountant at Touche Ross prior to its merger with Deloitte. His professional focus in the corporate finance arena has been on strategic planning, financial modeling, risk management, capacity building, fiduciary accountability, system controls, budgeting, and fiscal reporting.
