Bonnie B. Tracy
Bonnie retired as Senior Vice President at Appleton Partners in 2016. While with Appleton, she was responsible for Fixed Income strategy and served as a Senior Portfolio Manager on Investment Grade Taxable bond strategies. Bonnie also oversaw Appleton’s consultant relationships and client service. Prior to joining Appleton, Bonnie was Managing Director of the Global Treasury Division of BankBoston. She earned her BA from Rosemont College.
Kenneth J. Novack
Ken Novack served as Vice Chairman of AOL, joining the firm in 1998. Following AOL’s merger with Time Warner, he became Vice Chairman of the combined company, a position from which he retired in 2003. Prior to joining AOL, Ken was a partner at the law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo where he practiced for 32 years. He was previously a partner in General Catalyst Partners, a venture capital firm. Ken is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.
Mark T. Williams
Mark has been part of the Finance Faculty at Boston University since 2002, and currently holds the James E. Freeman Lecturer in Management Chair with the academic rank of Master Lecturer. In his prior roles, he has held positions as a senior trading floor executive, a bank trust officer and as a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank. Mark earned his BS from University of Delaware and his MBA from Boston University School of Business.
Michael Costello
Michael serves as Corporate Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee for Cambridge Financial Group. Prior to joining Cambridge in 2011, Mike was Managing Partner and Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for a number of years. He also served in a variety of roles on The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation. Michael earned his MST from Bentley University and his BS in Accounting from Boston College.
Robert B. Needham, CFA
Bob is owner, President and Chief Compliance Officer at Needham Advisory Corp., an investment and financial consulting firm. Prior to founding Needham Advisory Corp in 1985, Bob was the senior vice president and senior investment officer in charge of the trust department at Arlington Trust Company. Bob previously served as President of Merrimack Valley Estate Planning Council and former Vice-Chairman and Trustee for Franciscan Hospital. Bob earned his BA from Dartmouth College and his MBA in marketing from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
W. Terry Petty
Terry is Founder and currently serving as Managing Director at Cripplegate Investments. He has over twenty years of experience in the hotel and resort experience industry with firms such as Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Marriott International, and The Irvine Company. Terry’s previous roles were with McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, Ogilvy & Mather, and ABM Industries. Terry earned his BA from Stanford University and MBA from Columbia University.
Mary Ryan
Mary served as Chairman and CEO at Thompson Steel Company, Inc. prior to the sale of the company. Prior to her time at Thompson Steel, Mary was employed as Plant Manager for Corning Incorporated. Mary earned degrees from Northeastern University and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
John Grady
John Grady serves as Senior Advisor at G2 Capital Advisors
supporting the firm’s efforts to strengthen client relationships and provide
senior-level guidance to the firm and its clients. John has over 30 years of
financial services experience across the asset management, private wealth
management, and investment banking sectors, including tenures at Moelis &
Company, Athena Capital Advisors, Lehman Brothers, and State Street
Corporation. Most recently, John served as a Managing Partner at JTG Partners
LLC. Mr. Grady earned his B.A. from Boston University.
Andy Hoar
Andy is the former Co-Managing Partner of CBRE New England and Whittier Partners, a premier real estate services firm. After the Partnership sale to CBRE Corporate in 2018 Andy continues to serve in the capacity of Chairman of CBRE’s Boston Consulting Pool and is a member of the Executive Committee. Andy is a graduate of Denison University. Over the years, Andy has maintained an active involvement in the Boston community, including affiliations with The United Way, The Middlesex School, Franciscan Children’s, Travis Roy Foundation, and Heading Home, among others.
