Role at Appleton
Michele has been with Appleton since 1995 in a variety of functions. As Executive Vice President, her many responsibilities are centered on financial management, operations and infrastructure, human resources, and organizational management and development. Michele is a member of the firm’s Risk and IT Committees, as well as Appleton’s Advisory Board of Directors.
Professional Experience
Michele was with Citicorp Italy in their consumer finance division prior to joining Appleton and has more than 30 years of diverse experience in client service, sales and overall business management. Michele earned her Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and actively furthers her professional training in investment management compliance and human resources management.

When “off-duty,” Michele can be found enjoying the company of her garden, two horses and grandchildren. She enjoys cooking for her family and strength sports. Michele and her family live in Cohasset, MA. She is active in the management of the Cohasset Farmer’s Market.
